The Group exists to

To encourage local churches and individuals to deep their spiritual life, to explore the place of stillness and prayer within their faith journey
To encourage and support those involved in leading quiet days and retreats.
To arrange Synod Quiet days for ministers and other events for the whole Synod.
To provide information about resources and training.
To link with the denominational Retreats Group www.urc-retreat-group.org.uk

Enter consciously the presence of God.

Notice yourself and your surroundings.

Take time – slow down.

Relax in the peace of God.

Encounter God’s Word of Grace.
